BASIC GREEN SMOOTHIE

This is my to go daily smoothie! a perfect blend of just the right amount of veggies and fruits to start the day, you can feel free to add some chia or hemp seeds or any powder of your preference like maca.

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 Celery ribs

1 Green Apple

1 Cup of either Kale/ Spinach

1 cup of pineapple

2-3 Mint leaves 

1/2 Lemon

8-10 oz of either water/coconut water

* Blend the celery,spinach/kale with the water/coconut water until smooth.

*Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.

Enjoy!
