As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. I work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

GMO"S, organic,grass fed,pastured,natural... so many names on labels nowadays it s so hard to identify whats good and what's junk! Health food stores are like my Disneyland , we will write a shopping list read and learn labels and swap unhealthy for healthy.
